Aging computers hobble Homeland Security

The Department of Homeland Security is stuck....stuck ten years in the past has far as tech goes. Can you believe that there are computers within some departments that are still running Windows 95 because certain software does not work with anything else. I guess there could be a possible bright side to this though. When was the last time you heard about a security flaw being discovered in Windows 95? Security by obscurity is what I always say.
